Application & Move-In Fees

• Application fee – $85 per applicant
• Security Deposit –equal to one month’s rent
• Amenity fee –$25/monthly
• Monthly Trash Fee: $25
• Occupancy Fee (Annually): $56
• Short term premium: One-time non-refundable fee of $650 and a $250 Monthly Short term premium

Pet Rent

• Dogs and cats allowed (breed restrictions may apply; please call for more details)
• $500 one time pet fee
• Pet rent – $50/month/pet
• Rent increases by $35 for 2nd pet
• 2 pet limit
